Notes

Kevin's batch: Transfered to secondary and added dry hops at day 10, added zest (3 grapefruits of zest in vodka (1 oz) straight into secondary at day 28, kegged day 32


The "secret" is 4oz Amarillo Gold, 2oz Simcoe, 2oz Cascade dry hopped a week.
Zest from 4 Texas Red grapefruit (no white pithy stuff) sprinkled with 1 -2 oz grapefruit vodka (to kill any bacteria) in a hop bag for the same week.
